No. Not the Hilton Head Airport. It's not the Savannah. It was literally a Hilton Head House and airport, which is smaller than that Newburn airport. Oh, yeah, yeah. I've been there. I've been to Hilton Head.

I got another maid of honor who's doing a similar thing for her toast. She's like, I have a song I want to do instead of me doing the toast. Here's the song. I'm like, oh man, is this gonna become a thing where people think it's an easy out? But I was thinking of like, so I told the bride before when we were lining up for the grand entrance, I'm like, listen, I think you need to set up this welcome and not me just drop a song. So I said, hey, we need to flip this. We ain't doing this. I said, I don't think you should do a shoe game. I go, it's it's this kind of like we should flip it and do like bride and groom trivia if we're gonna do it. Because the other thing is, back to what we talked about on a bonus episode, the goal was to have a lot of dancing. That's what she told me. And she's given me all this stuff, which I'm like, this is taking away time for you. Eating up, eating up dance. So I said, the way that we can do this to speed it up is let me say during dinner, hey, something along the lines of like the bride and groom said that this is their closest family and friends they have here. They want to test your knowledge of how well you know them. Sure. I'm like, you got a 50% chance. Sure. I'm gonna ask a question to either bride or groom. Right, right. So while they're eating their steak, you know, I'm like basically going around like a guy with a roving microphone. I did like six or seven of them, and they kind of hit. It was fine. Uh, and then she saw this Instagram clip of them doing a photo dash. Have you ever done a photo dash?

Because our photographer doesn't know which way. She's got going like this. Like, no, I don't want to which way. I'm like, I gotta get on the same page. Yeah, let's cue it back up.

So here's here's the problem I ran into. Bride goes, I say, hey, we don't offer them. We have another company that we partner with. Tried to make it sound like we know them, which we do. And I send them the business, right? Sure. I don't even take a cut. She goes, I don't want to go through them. I want to go through you. Oh boy. So I think no big deal. Call them up. Hey guys, got a cold spark. Bride's kind of wanting to go through us for it. I said, I'm just gonna market up a smidge just to like cover the cost. Sure. But are you available? Yes, we'll bring them in, everything. Okay, great. So, and they've done it at this venue. I've seen them do it at this venue. However, it's always been outside. We're in a ballroom. It's August, too hot, right? So I finish uh the ceremony. I'm going into cocktail hour. Cocktail hour is in the main ballroom. Guy goes, um, no, I'm sorry, let me back up. Because he's setting it up, he goes, Man, I got a problem. I I tested all four of these. I had four of them. One of them isn't working. He's like, I tested it 30 minutes before I left to make sure they were all working. He's like, I got my guy coming from the warehouse to bring it, letting you know it'll be here bringing another one. Bring another one. But I'm like, how do you not have an extra backup of one of these in your car? Then I finish the ceremony. Cocktail hour is in that room, and he goes, Hey, I have a little problem. He said, I tested it about four or five times. Four of them went great. But one of the times, it caught fire on the carpet. I had to mark it off with my foot. I'm like, first of all, I didn't think they were flammable. I'm like, they're flammable. I'm like, okay.

I created a custom edit for a client's wedding, I hired a content creator, told her the story behind the dance, asked her to capture the moment. After the wedding, I used the footage and had AI help me craft the story for a reel. It popped off. Facebook 1.4 million views, Instagram 1.1 million, TikTok 392,000. Now I'm getting messages from brides asking if they can have the edited version of the song for their own wedding. I probably have around 20 requests already. My first instinct is sure, happy to share it. I'm not looking to make money from it. Am I opening myself up to any copyright or licensing issues by distributing that edit even for free?
